What is piles ?
 
Dilatation of radicles of arschfick system vessels within the arschfick channel is called piles.The medical term for piles is hemorrhoid flare-ups.Compared to bloodstream system vessels are poor due to slim surfaces and hence any backpressure in the system vessels can make them tortuous.There are three arschfick system vessels namely outstanding, middle and substandard arschfick system vessels.Any interferences or increase of pressure in these system vessels can predispose piles.

Depending upon the situation there are two types of piles.

1) Exterior piles.         2) Inner piles.

1) Exterior piles:-

This form of piles is seen outside the arschfick starting and is protected by epidermis.It is brownish or black in color.This form of piles is very hurtful due to rich sensors provide in this area.

2) Inner piles:-

It is in the arschfick channel and internal to the arschfick hole.It is protected by mucous tissue layer and is red or green in color.These piles are uncomplicated.

Some times internal and external piles occure in same individual.

Factors responsible for piles:--

1) This is a family condition.

2) Loads is seen only in creatures maintain an hard position. This is due to traffic jam in the arschfick system vessels due to the effect of severity.

3) It is typical in individuals having serious intestinal problems.Those who have a addiction of viewing the bathroom due to frequent desire for excrement may develop piles in future.

4) Loads is typical in those who take unwanted of hen, prawns, hot meals ect.Those who take fresh veggies and " floating " fibrous meals are hardly ever affected.

5) Some ladies get piles during having a baby due to pressure of arschfick system vessels by the womb.

6) Cancer patches in the rear end can prevent system circulation and outcome in piles.

Signs and the signs of piles:--

1) Pain:-

Pain is typical in external piles which will be more intense while stressing at excrement.

2) Bleeding:-

4,Gangrene: Here the cells in the piles and close by epidermis die due to lack of circulation.
5,Suppuration: When the piles suppurate it can produce abscess with eliminate of pus.

Treatment of piles:--

Initially it is handled on the basis of signs.Constipation should be handled.If there is anaemia iron should be give.Homoeopathic drugs can work. If therapeutic therapy is not giving any outcome the following can be tried.

1) The bleeding external heap is excised under local anaesthesia.

2) Sclerosant needles can decrease the size of piles.
